The American West Party

Image by Evan Robold The American West Party will be devoid of politics. It will also be devoid of pursuing money but success in achieving what could be done will likely produce powerful amounts from around the world.
Life on earth is in no way perfect, yet this small planet is the only one in the massive solar-system with living beings. The American West is considered by many in America and multiple other countries as being one of the most spectacular settings in the world.
Unfortunately, our own government pays little attention to the American West. The constant writing, speaking and applying just for stopping the destruction of the last Wild Horses in this country is treated like all other concerns for the American West, it is ignored. Tearing up the atmosphere, oceans, lands and the animals that have been placed on the planet is done exclusively for money. That route continues to widen.
We cannot go back one hundred and fifty years but the American West is capable of bringing up a piece of what was here for thousands of years. Doing so would provide some balance to the greed that dominates our country.
Taking less than one percent of the more than two-hundred million acres of our alleged public land to establish what once was; including Traditional Indians, the life-giving Buffalo, Wolves, scores of Wild Horse herds, and many more animals would elevate one of the most inspiring sites on earth.
Michael Blake feels that the only way this can be accomplished is to bring a large group together. Only then would Washington D.C. be unable to ignore the desires of those they have been elected to represent. The President of the American West Party's sole function will be to give all that he has to bring together those concerned about real life on earth. Only then will the U.S. Government be forced to recognize what is wanted... not only for now but for future generations.
A majority looks at the planet as something humanity controls. Dinosaurs had the same attitude. American Indians looked at themselves as part of the Earth and that all life was related. Making a Buffalo Commons in the American West will provide a beautiful view of this tiny, spinning ball we have the privilege of living on.
On September 1 this website will show how anyone can join the American West Party. For the next year the President will be appearing wherever and whenever throughout the American West to promote the Buffalo Commons. Though it would be a small element, a Buffalo Commons would provide a site that could help balance the ongoing destruction of life on earth.
